The managing body of St. Teresa’s Public School, Jalgaon is constituted by the Sisters of the Congregation of the Mother of Carmel (CMC), Vimala Province, Ernakulam, Kerala. The CMC Congregation was founded in 1866in Kerala by the renowned educationist  Kuriakose Elias Chavara in collaboration with Rev. Fr. Leopold Beccaro. Education is a cherished heritage inherited from the founders. Keeping alive the vision of St. Kuriakose Elias Chavara — who opened the portals of education to all — the members of the Congregation are engaged in charitable and educational activities worldwide.
